Dear all,
We are going to be decommissioning a couple of old civic halls and I am after some advice and guidance (and anything to avoid).
What I am concerned about is how to manage artefacts. For example photographs and artwork such as sculptures as well as former council regalia.
Does any one have a procedure or a checklist for these types of situation? These type of items fall between service stools and they default to records management as a catch all knowing about retention and storage.
Any help would be gratefully received.
Thanks
Lawrence
