Well, it's maybe a return to something, as weve been rather dry for some years now. But it has been a strange summer all across North America, & in ALberta weve been cooler than usual, although nothing like Newfoundland, which has been wet & cold all summer long....
I'd say climate change has a hand in it somewhere....
