Mulla Mulla Press, the little new struggling outback press who has
generously published my latest book, "QWERTY: take my word for it", is sad.
Sales have barely moved. The poetry has been praised, the cover is
attractive and the price is certainly reasonable. At $AUD15 it is little
more than the cost of three cups of coffee - and it will last a lot longer
than they. The pleasure to be derived from it is absolutely up to the
individual reader, but if you enjoy reading contemporary poems with humanity
in them, and the occasional glint of wit and humour, then you'll enjoy this
book many times over.
Here's the address to find out more: http://www.mullamullapress.com/QWERTY
If you'd like me to sign it, just tell Coral and she'll arrange that too
(but hurry - she's coming down to Perth in a couple of days and we can do
that then).
Sorry to be so pushy, but to keep li'll Mulla Mulla Press going, we have to
move product!
