It all depends on what you are trying to promote or prevent. For example, If someone had returned to work following surgery, I would say:

To aid recovery and prevent deterioration of (employees) symptoms, I would advise regular posture changes every 20 minutes. This
would aid circulation to promote healing and prevent swelling etc.....
Or to prevent deterioration of (employees) back pain, I would advise frequent/regular posture changes from sitting to standing every 20
minutes. This will aid circulation to promote healing and prevent stiffening of muscles and joints and help minimise recurring pain.
I always think it's important to highlight why you have provided the advice.
