Ah, the joys indeed!
As far as Corporate is concerned, we shouldn't have to justify our recommendations as it doesn't change how the employee is accommodated. It could be understandably frustrating for managers - I just have to assure them that a full assessment has been done and the restrictrictions are in place because the employee has a medical condition.
Incidentally, our reports, including the reports from the OH Phys, are now done in a "fit note" format.
