There's also PollDaddy (polldaddy.com) which integrates easily with
WordPress, with a iPad app for face to face surveys.
Best wishes
Pete

Hi Ann,
A few thoughts on free surveying tools:
Google Docs is a good option. But the problem is that there is no way to
prevent individuals from responding more than once, so it depends on
what you want to achieve with the survey. This is a (slightly old)
video that describes what Forms in Google Spreadsheets can do; its
geared towards being used in an office scenario, but is probably quite a
nice intro:

If you want something that complies to EU data protection and privacy
laws then Limeservice (a Germany-based option) might be worth
investigating. Its FOSS too. https://www.limeservice.com/
If its just a strawpoll you're wanting to do, then Doodle is great. Its
really quick to setup and has a nice simple interface.

Check the privacy policy for Qualitrics, as I did a quick Google and it
looks like it might be the same as SurveyMonkey's.
If you want something very similar to SurveyMonkey, then SurveyGizmo
might be a good option. Extra to SurveyMonkey it has open API access
and also twitter integration. The data exporting options look quite
good too. I've never used it, but it seems to be very well established.
Its not free, but the sign up is quite low for professional use
(providing you can subscribe on a monthly basis and leave whenever you
like, you'd need to check this).
http://www.surveygizmo.com/plans-pricing/ If you're looking at paid
services, then QuestionPro is another option (US-based).

I hope that you find something suitable!
Thanks,
Nicole

Dear all,
Do you have any recommendations for web survey tools apart from survey
monkey?
Apparently survey monkey is not sophisticated enough, for example it
cannot filter questions based on previous answers given. One of our
teams is looking at
Qualtrics<Survey%20tools%20-%20alternatives%20to%20survey%20monkey>?
Have you used Qualtrics or something else?
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks
Ann
