Hi,
I am not entirely sure what you want to do.
Looks like your current working directory is /home/rosi/ (if unsure
about your current directory, you can write the command 'pwd' to get
this information). On your Desktop you have an directory called
Rosalia.gica, in which you have the subdirectory groupmelodic.ica.
However, now it seems that you want to run your commands on files that
are found in the subdirecories without changing you current working
directory or giving filenames including the paths to the files. I am not
sure, where the files are stored, so maybe my guess is wron, but for
example try:
fslcc Desktop/Rosalia.gica/groupmelodic.ica/melodic_IC.nii.gz
Desktop/Rosalia.gica/groupmelodic.ica/metaICA_4mm.nii.gz
Be aware, that your current working directory is still home, so all
output will be created in your current working directory. When writing
the commands into the shell, you can use the tab key to complete
filenames, after you wrote the frst letters. This way you can verify
that files exists before running a command. If more completions are
possible, you will see a list of names.

No clue what you want to do with that one. Try:
cd Desktop/Rosalia.gica/groupmelodic.ica ; fslcc melodic_IC.nii.gz
metaICA_4mm.nii.gz
This seems to be very basic problems related to working with a Linux
environment. It would be best for you to find an experienced person in
your Lab who can help you. This would be far more effective, because
such a person sees what files are organized in which manner. I also
would recommend browsing through some introductional tutorials (e.g.
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/unix_intro/ , for the current issue
this section might help:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/unix_intro/files.html).
Have fun,
wolf
