This, of course, depends on the origin of the data. Most data processing
software will include the experimental errors in the output, so this
must be deliberate.
If you can't reprocess the original data, you can create a SIGFP column
with all 1 or something (I can help you with that, but something like
duplicating an FP column, renaming it to SIGFP and then normalizing as
SIGFP/SIGFP should do it by say, sftools). Refmac has an option of not
using experimental errors when calculating ML target - definitely do
that since your error column will not be real.
Or just use phenix.refine - to my knowledge, it ignores experimental
errors anyway, so shouldn't complain.
Of course, this will work assuming that you don't have some other
problem (e.g. corrupt mtz file).
