Hi Michele
I use one called 'Auntie's Story' (1997) - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1276503/. The first episode ('The House That Reith Built') and second ('Growing Pains') are great for showing students - plenty of programme clips and interviews with key personnel.
Cheers
Jamie

Subject: [BBC-HISTORY] documentary on history of BBC?
Hello all -- A colleague just asked: is there a good documentary on
the history of the BBC, especially the early decades, that I can show
in my class? I was surprised that I couldn't think of one.
Is there? Or any other suggestions?
Many thanks -- Michele
