We're recruiting for a highly succesful International business based in Dublin.
They are currently recruiting for a brand new role as a 'CRM Operations Executive'. (€30-40k basic + 10% bonus + paclage)
This role will be responsible for the day to day operational support to ensure effective delivery of CRM plans and to maximise sales to new and existing customers.
The succesful candidate will work effectively with the different product teams in order to execute "best CRM practices". This role requires tremendous attention to detail and setting up and managing the CRM platform to maximise marketing investment.
Main Duties:
- lead and manage all aspects of quality of 'email-marketing'
- Serve as a subject matter expert on e-mail marketing in an operational environment
- second line support for marketing managers in supporting marketing email team with templates and queries, technical issues etc
- facilitate design, deployment and reporting while carrying out extensive email testing programmes
- establish postive working relationship with the CRM provider, end-users 7 stakeholders.
Competences and experience needed:
- ability to relate to both IT and business specialists
- Comfortable in presneting using powerpoint
- Experience of working with 'Campaign management / CRM tools - such as but not limited to 'Unica', 'Alterian', 'Epsilon', 'Smart Focus' etc
- Experience of working with large data sets and SQL database is a distinct advantage
