See attached future EU Legislation which will take effect from 1st March
2013.
The PSV Accessibility Regulations for vehicles (uk legislation, also
attached) indicates that for regular service routes the coach vehicles need
to mhave lifting mechanisms ( and some seats removed to accomodate
wheelchairs being able to be safely tied down.
I looked at the barriers to accessible coach travel in Ireland for my
dissertation last year. Please come back to me if you would like a copy of
