We have had a request from a patient for us to return his blood to him following testing for routine biochem. It is unclear why he wants it except that it 'belongs to him'. He is also asking for all documentation relating to the request, by which I am assuming he means his results, which we can deal with through FOI. I'd be grateful for any advice.
