I must thoroughly admit my confusion on reading the article on the Telegraph from June about Albarn's opera on the life of Dee. In the recently published Strange Attractor 4, Alan Moore offered his notes for this project (a collaberation, in Manchester, with Albarn, on an opera about the life of Dee) but prefaces the article with the statement that the project was abandoned.
Is it possible that Albarn has just lifted this idea from Moore, fully uncredited?
Any further information about this would be highly appreciated.
Yours
