Hi Kelvin,
Riverside Museum in Glasgow is using this. We have a number of large, 32" and 42" screens installed vertically, where visitors are encouraged to feedback their comments. Each open ended question requires them to use a keypad on screen.
I have attached a screen grab for you produced during the detailed design process. The keyboard moves depending were the questions are on screen.
