I am investigating car trip rates and parking requirements for a proposed gym and dry courts (basketball and squash, etc.) being considered on top of a shopping centre upgrade.
Does anyone have any such trip rates and parking requirements plus any data on reciprocal parking with the shopping centre demand?
Location is a town centre within a metropolitan city ( suburbs of Perth, Australia). Likely size of gym plus courts approximately 2000sqm.
