No, I have no tested it, but from your above words, EPEL rpms don't use
enable-munge-auth... so, if it's not explicity enabled, you won't have
support. I was saying so.
After checking both links:
Changelog * Wed Aug 10 2011 Steve Traylen
<[log in to unmask]> - 2.5.7-1 1 - Don't include nodes file
rhbz#716659 * Tue Jul 26 2011 Steve Traylen <[log in to unmask]> -
2.5.7-1 - Big update to 2.5.7-1, drop
torque-buffer-overrun-2.3.13.patch, change license from OpenPBS to
OpenPBS and TORQUEv1.1 - Enabled or rather force munge support.
so the support is there.

I can't find that link... but from
http://www.clusterresources.com/torquedocs21/1.3advconfig.shtml
"Authorized users are added to serverdb using qmgr and the
authorized_users server parameter."
so, I guess that the server must have munge too.

Yes, that seems an error.

I think that Steve is already in this list, so, if he is not on
vacation, we'll receive hist confirmation about munge support.

Cheers,
Arnau
PS: as we must update, I'll do the test here and come back with my
experience.
