Bit of an issue I'm facing in my new role is that the managers have, up til recently, been used to having more medical detail from OH (of course with informed consent). My reports focus on the functional aspects of what the employee can / can't do rather than medical information - it's going to take management a little time to get used to this style of report, especially since they already have been given medical info from the GP, so there's a culture of 'right to know'.
Good to know how different OH services approach this.
