Hi,
No, there is no specific spatial shifting in fslmaths as this is
what a spatial transformation is all about, and so is covered
by flirt. If you apply a matrix with -init and -applyxfm in flirt
then you can shift your image. The matrix should look like:
1 0 0 X
0 1 0 0
0 0 1 0
0 0 0 1
just saved in a text file. The value X represents the shift
you want along the x-axis, in mm.
