Hi,
I'm interested in the 'Ask' service offered by Transversal. They have an impressive list of clients. Of their HE partners listed in their blurb I managed to find these examples live on websites:
http://ask.sheffield.ac.uk/
http://ask.liv.ac.uk/help/
Anybody using their service, or have used it in the past?
Would welcome opinions, especially on:
- Quality of service, cost benefits experienced
- Using the system (both ease of use and how - the potential for duplication of website content is significant)
- Managing its use - did you devolve to schools or departments, how far, how many editors involved?
This service has been around for so long now I felt sure it would have been covered in past conversations but I couldn't turn anything up in the archive. So apologies for repeat posting if it's already been done to death :)
Thanks,
Neil
