Images must be written out flipped, so that a voxel in one image
corresponds to the same voxel in all the other images. They can not
simply be flipped according to their headers, as the voxels themselves
do not correspond. You can use the reslice only option of Coreg in
order to generate resliced versions of your flipped images.
