Dear all,
I am using the SPM8 VOI module in a script to extract the timeseries from several individual subjects. Once the peak within a predefined radius of the group maxima as been determined the timeseries extraction fails when NaN are in range and I get this error message:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Running job #1

Running 'Volume of Interest'
## Note: this VOI facility is in a beta version. ##

Failed 'Volume of Interest'

Job execution failed. The full log of this run can be found in MATLAB command window,
starting with the lines (look for the line showing the exact #job as displayed in this error
message)

However, it's fine to extract values (from the same peak) using the eigenvariate button or using the VOI module from the batch editor (as this may reduce the no. of voxels included by the number of NaNs?)
Has anyone else run into the same problem? I would appreciate any suggestions/help.
King regards
Stefania
