Hi David,
as you know, the con-image is a linear combination of the beta image,
resulting from specifiying and applying a contrast (and the T-map is
calculated from that). If you only specify and estimate a model, there
are no con/T-maps, as these are only created following the specification
and application of a contrast. Perhaps this step is not carried out
correctly in your script?
