Hi everyone,
I am a PhD student at Glasgow Caledonian University, and I am conducting a study to fulfil the requirements of my Doctorate thesis. The study involves completing a short online survey which explores the relationship between music consumption preferences, personality and attitudes towards how new technology has impacted on the way in which we access music. The only inclusion criteria for taking part is that you have Internet access and have previously listened to an mp3.
If you fulfil this criteria, completion of the survey should take approximately 10 minutes. Likewise, if you have a friend or colleague who you think would be interested in taking part, please forward them this email.
I would be very grateful if you would be willing to take part and I should note that at the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to forward your email address to be entered into a prize draw for £50 of Amazon vouchers. This will be announced once a quota of participants is achieved.
If you are interested, please click the link below or alternatively contact me at the email address below to find out more about the study before you take part. You would be under no obligation to take part.
My study is supervised by Professor Raymond MacDonald and he can be contacted on [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. The use of email to recruit participants for this study has been approved by the Psychology Ethics Subcommittee
Sincere thanks,
Steven
