Another option could be to use a poll website, like
http://www.misterpoll.com/ - I haven't used it myself but apparently
you can set up a private poll and send the link to your participants
only. It looks like you can use a combination of multiple choice radio
buttons and free text fields, so you could ask participants to enter an
ID and date which will allow you to link their data, as they'll
essentially be completing the same 'poll' each day. I don't think they
even need to register to complete the polls.
