Dear all,
I am a new Ox user.
I would like to use the Krolzig's MSVAR package. It seems to be written
for Ox 3.4 and when I try to use it in OxMetrics 5, I get the
following error message
--------------- Ox at 15:16:48 on 27-Jul-2011 ---------------
Ox Console version 5.10 (Windows) (C) J.A. Doornik, 1994-2008
This version may be used for academic research and teaching only
C:\Users\OLFA\Desktop\4 MSVAR paper\Program OX\boot2.ox : Link error:
'C:/Program Files/OxMetrics5/Ox/packages/msvar/msvar' please recompile
.oxo file to match this version of Ox
Ox reports errors: exit code= 1!!
I do not know how to recompile the .oxo file?
I said that may be a solution will be to install OX 3.4. So I entered
the Doornik's website to download Ox 3.4 for Windows, which is still
available for downloading. But when I clicked on the button, I got
bounced to OxMetrics 6 but not to the Ox 3.4, the version I am
interested in so as to be able to run the Krolzig's MSVAR package.
Can you please provide me with Ox 3.4 for an academic use to enable me
to execute the msvar package?
I am grateful for any response.
Thank you
Yours sincerely, Olfa
