Hi Tina,
Here is a link to the guideline that the Association of Ontario Midwives recently published:
http://www.aom.on.ca/files/Health_Care_Professionals/Clinical_Practice_Guidelines/CPG_PROM_MAR_2011_final.pdf
I'm perhaps a little biased as one of the members of the group who produced the guideline, but I think that the AOM guideline is a good example of evidence-based guidelines that support informed choice for women.
Others might be interested in some of the other AOM guidelines that have been published recently, which can be found at the following link:
http://www.aom.on.ca/Health_Care_Professionals/Clinical_Practice_Guidelines/ (most recent guidelines are at the bottom of the list).

Subject: Pre-labour rupture of membranes at term
Hi all
We are starting work on a Guideline for pre-labour rupture of membranes at term.
Does anyone have an existing Guideline they are willing to share?
Thanks
