Dear Carsten,
These imperfections look quite small to me and I wouldn't worry too much.
As the non-brain voxels are not analyzed, we do not put much effort into
trying to make these align with anything.
There is some mis-registration from example_func2highres, which could
probably be fixed by using fieldmaps if you had them.
