Hello list,
We have a problem for ANOVA. In the study we asked the subjects to rate their emotion in 4 levels in the scan, and planed to compare if there are differences in the 4 levels with ANOVA. We just found for some subjects, they did not rate all 1, 2, 3, and 4 levels, only rated 1, 2; or 1,2,3. So my question is, can we use 1-factor 4 levels ANOVA to analyze the data? Does FEAT accept this analysis with some missing data?
Thanks,
Hongyu
