Dear Mahsa,
You get a single number back from sienax for each subject (normalized brain
volume) and so any statistical package that allows you to do tests with
one number per subject can be used. Common choices are SPSS, Matlab,
or R. This is a very standard statistical test so use whatever software is
available and supported where you are. Ask your colleagues if you are
unsure as someone will know and should be able to help you. It does not
matter which software you use as they will all do the same thing for these
simple statistical tests.
