Hi,
the most obvious thing to do would be to put your clinical variables
into the design matrix used by the final randomise step. Browse the
list for "randomise AND covariates" for that and have a look at J.
Mumford's page on mean centering
(http://mumford.fmripower.org/mean_centering/).
