Sorry for my late reply on this thread, but I wanted to put in a plug
for a great book written by our local MR physicists here at Mayo. The
book is used by our graduate school for the textbook for a one year
graduate level MRI Physics course.
Handbook of MRI Pulse Sequences, by Matt A. Bernstein, Kevin F. King,
and Xiaohong Joe Zhou

Dear Adil,
For new students here who want a broad, introductory and very accessible
account of acquisition and analysis we often recommend Huettel, Song and
McCarthy, 2nd Ed.

And of course, on the FSL list, I couldn't fail to mention the excellent
book edited by FMRIB folk (Jezzard, Matthews and Smith) which also
covers acquisition and analysis although with a slightly different
slant.

I'm sure there are many other excellent books too, depending on exactly
what background you have and what you mainly want to learn about.
Hopefully this, and the other suggestions, will help you find what's
best for you.
All the best,
Mark

to my limited knowledge, the book seems pretty complete regarding
