Not sure, but I can tell you that buying anything from the Android or iphone
app shops is perilous. Last week I bought an app for 2.95 (I almost never
buy these things). A little later my card provider intercepts someone trying
to use Paypal to buy something with my card.
The last app I bought was two years ago for the iphone. Similar thing
happened. And there was me thinking that the tech would have got better!
Won't be doing that again in a hurry! At least not via the phone.

I'm very interested - for a project I'm doing - in other anecdotes where
the iPhone (and is there an Android equivalent?) can leak this kind of
data to third parties.
What opportunities are there for the third parties to get hold of the
data without 'borrowing' the phone for a short time, and so on.
