Has anyone else had a data subject claim they cannot afford to pay the fee of £ 10 per person for a SAR ? In the case of some Child Care requests our over 15's team pay for them.
However, I am pre-empting a similar claim from a requestor who is on their 5th SAR - not for identical data and spaced apart by about a year. This time the request is for themselves and on behalf of their 4 children (one 16, rest adults)who have given their permission to dislcose. The ICO has confirmed that we can charge £10 per applicant ie £50
Is there a way I can suggest they can claim the fee back ?
