Hi Larry,

I'm not sure how in-depth you want to go, how much book-hunting you want to do, and which languages you read, but below I've pasted a partial bibliography. I would particularly recommend Tayler (1997), Ortiz Rodriguez (1997), Davis (2009) and Giraldo Jaramillo (2010) as starting points. I've got electronic copies of a number of these sources as well as lots of other information, so feel free to contact me at <[log in to unmask]>.

Best,
Lucas
