Wow, tough situation! You could report them for abuse, though whether
or not it has an immediate effect will depend on the service (and
possibly also how clear it is that they're impersonating the
organisation to deliberately create trouble).
Sorting out any trouble or confusion they've created might be more
difficult, and the best way to do it could vary by platform. It's
best to deal with it promptly, but it's a judgement call about how to
address or acknowledge it on official channels.
