Sounds a very good idea - copyright is a big issue.
There are some good places (e.g. creative commons) for sourcing material, but a lot of issues.
Be interesting to hear some advice - and on the lecture capture side too.
Regards
Neil

Dear Simon,
thanks very much indeed for this - I hope our colleagues are all on board with the list now (but will check and push it back out if not).
I think this could be a marvelous topic for us to look at in the next meeting if others agree? I know it's certainly something I've had to address big time recently as it has big implications both for the VLE and also areas such as Lecture Recording, and also localised video streaming solutions that some Institutions (like ours here) are setting up. I would be very happy to present a short presentation on the implications for lecture capture etc and how we've tackled it here, and if we could have some input from another Institution and/or a kind of plenary discussion/question and answer session that might make a really good slot in the June 29th meeting?
What do people reckon?
all the best
Graham
