The most important change is to have SITE_OTHER_GRID set with EGI and not EGEE.
As David mentions you can update GlueSiteOtherInfo: GRID=EGI. There are lots of variables where EGEE appears and EGI should appear and we should make the changes systematically. I'll check if there is any documentation on which variables are affected and on any suggested approaches to change them.
We have not yet formed NGI_UK so entries with UK/I will need to remain a little longer. Our NGI "creation" will start as soon as Ireland is fully separated from UK/I (as NGI_IE).
