Hi Yolanda,
this is hard to fix from remote as it could be due to a number of
reasons... have you checked whether
... the original normalization worked ok?
... the parameter file is the correct one?
... the identical procedure works if you apply it to another image?
... the scaling of the image volume is correct (i.e., set the windowing
to [0 1] when displaying the image)?
... the binary mask in native space really contains values of either 0 or 1?
... there are no issues with the datatype of the normalized image?
... there really are no voxels exceeding 0 in the normalized volume (try
vol = spm_read_vols(spm_vol(spm_select));
disp([' Number of voxels with a value of zero: ' num2str(sum(vol(:) ==
0)) ]);
disp([' Number of voxels with a value of not zero: ' num2str(sum(vol(:)
~= 0)) ]);
disp([' Number of voxels with a value of about one: '
num2str(sum(round(vol(:)) == 1)) ]);
Depending on the output, you may have some more clues.
