Hello Tracy
I can't see the link between "a heavier role" and these symptoms. I wonder
if it could be the result of: fluid retention or ?? endocrine: eg an
underactive thyroid. This is a long shot but is there any chance it could be
related to exposure to vibration? May be the medics on the list may have
other ideas - it would be interesting if they share them.
The business would be ill advised to terminate her employment - and if they
do - on their head be it - don't get involved.
