A two day programme for front line staff to develop an evaluation strategy for specific services.

By attending the workshop, you will
* Develop skills to enable you to design a service evaluation that will answer questions that you want answered
* Get advice on research methods from experts to ensure your plans are realistic, achievable and cost effective
* Develop a draft invitation to tender that will attract evaluators with the skills you need
It is suitable for:
* Service managers tasked with evaluating their work
* Fundraisers developing bids and who want to include an evaluation component
* Commissioning managers
Course Requirement
Participants are encouraged to come to the workshop with a specific project to work on, or an evaluated project that they want to review and learn from. It is helpful to have more than one person from your organization who is working on the project at the workshop, but it is not a requirement.
