Announcing the UC&R Yorkshire and Humberside one day training event "School to HE Transitions" to be held at York St John (Room: Skell 128) on 20 July 2011.

Aimed at School and University Librarians, this event examines the transition that most 18 year olds make from School to Higher education.  How easy is it for students to make the change from School to a University education?  What expectations do academics have regarding information skills during their first year of study??  To find out more why not attend this one day course.

Cost of the event: Price is £30 + VAT for CILIP members, £40 + VAT for non CILIP members.
