Regarding the contrast between Gale Cengage and EBSCO Host is
searchablility. EBSCO has a multi-step powerful search interface that
makes it a much better resource than some of its competitors in the
database and full text resource field. If and when Net-Library has this
search capability, it will be a great tool for finding content found
within books. Using the Gale Virtual Reference Libarry as an example, in
their advanced search, I do not see any search history feature that
permits the random combination of prior search steps.
