Hello,
This is definitely a mistake in the script - if you edit grot_pve_2 to grot_pve_1 then it should function correctly. The script will also be fixed for the next release.
Many Regards

> In our study we have a wide age-range in the participants and thus wish to use grey matter probability maps as a covariate in the group statistics. I have used feat_gm_prepare from a first level FEAT for each participant to create the 4D grey matter probability covariate file. I looked at the log-files, as well as at the highresGMs2standard file created by feat_gm_prepare. It seems to me that the white matter probability maps (pve_2) are used in fslmaths to create the covariate. This seems puzzling. Is this understanding correct or has something gone wrong in the processing?
