Hi,
it does strongly depend on the echo spacing. The longer the echo spacing the more the distortions. You also may check visually how distorted your EPIs are.
Cheers,
Andreas

Hi Experts,
I'm wondering about the processing pipeline of diffusion toolbox. If my DTI data is obtained from 1.5 T scanner, do I need to use Fudge and Preludge to remove EPI distortion?
Thank you for your time.
