Comrades in the London "bubble" Greetings! So competion seems to have
worked in terms of improving AMI survival in a "village" called London but
was this cost effective? Does it work for owt else in places like the
People's Republic of Yorkshire? More seriously is it more efficient than
e.g.using the Premier package as NW-SHA has done? Cameron moves like
Blair:stumbles about occasionally doing the sensible but covering all with
vague rhetoric and unevidenced blah of little benefit to taxapayers, let
alone patients Plus ca change! Plus c'est la meme chose! Best wishes as
ever Alan
