If Certs are not sent out in excel then how
PDF's are not secure even passworded ones the "security" can be removed
in all of 3 second
At least when they are sent in excel it is easier to handle the data it
can be copied and pasted into statistical analysis which limits human
input error
even if you sent out a paper copy anyone could scan it and paste their
logo over the original
I have seen test certificates with the consultants logo on it with a
note saying that tests were carried out by lab x etc etc
I have also seen this with landmark data
Thanks

Subject: Re: Alleged Fraudulent Site Investigations
Hi Matt
I am no lawyer as all my ex-wives will testify. The use of the word
'allegedly' is a bit of TV comedy news twaddle. If the CPS do not
succesfully prosecute and the claims are not substantiated I expect the
laywers for the company you name will be over you and your employers
like a rash for defamation, loss of profits etc. We all need to very
careful about what we publish in the public arena, which the internet
is. I am sure Paul has views on this as the publisher, which in thiis
case is JISCMAIL, may not be immune.
Regarding the issue of test certs from the lab. We have all sorts of
checks from MCERTS, NAMAS et. al. But why do labs send out reports in
EXCEL. I have seen reports from reputable consultants, and no I won't
give names, where they have replaced the name of the lab with their own
company name and logo - has anybody else come across this?
Anyway enough of that, back to spinning those dice (sorry that should be
using the Monte Carlo Method) to see if I can get Arsenic below the SGV.
I have been trying all morning.
