This is a broad introduction to Bayesian methods and software that is suitable for practicing statisticians and bio-statisticians, consultants and researchers in application areas who need an introduction to the benefits of Bayesian methods. It is one of the short courses associated with the ISI congress that will take place from 21st to 26th August in Dublin.
