This is great news... Phew, carry on as normal for now... I guess this will be discussed more when Unit 4 meet with RCUK for development in the future. Making the change should be achievable if they can develop a similar system to FP7 simplified costs, then we just set up a system of deflation (rather 5than inflation) on the rates. There would have to be a fixed date for that across all projects though.
