Do you have any scientific evidence you need to introduce such a policy?
I ask because from an organizational point of view a very good way to promote diversity is not to create fictitious divisions and artificial "privileges" that are soon exploited: from a procedural and technological point of view they feed the red tape. It may be better to solve the special needs, if they exist, with individual flexibility rules (assurance) than with policies related to a generalized association of people with illnesses in your IT systems and services procedures.
