Further to the earlier postings (and the strange suggestion of going
to the PCT who AFAIK are not responsible for regulating patients'
behaviour) I've done a bit more research.

Facebook is indeed the key. It may ratchet up the ante
unnecessarily, but if this is serious contacting them looks a viable option.
